About Us

Daniel DeWeerd is the physical operations specialist of your new home. He is our first responder for repair and maintenance. Daniel maintains both a contractor's license and a real estate salesperson's license.

Megan is the person to receive and respond to your calls, texts and e-mails. Megan is a licensed real estate broker, wife of Daniel, and mother of three bodacious girls plus a lively boy.

Our business partnership began many years ago and was inspired by Daniel's grandfather, Bradley Gilbert. We began investing when we got married, and have been buying and leasing homes since.

In the fall of 2008, we had a few friends ask for help in managing their investments, and before long we were starting a company. We view our residents as part of the Living Spaces family and vow to interact with you respectfully, positively and truthfully.
